Federal Penal Code No. (3) of 1987 and Federal Criminal Procedure Law No. 35 of 1992 and their amendments are the applicable laws on the criminal cases in United Arab Emirates, from which other branches of basic laws emerges such as the Drugs Law, Commercial Fraud Law, Traffic Law and other laws and regulations regulating penalties in the judicial system. Our team represents our clients before all courts, government authorities, public prosecutions, and police stations all over United Arab Emirates.
