Rental Disputes

In light of the developments that have occurred to the litigation system and judicial departments in the Emirate of Dubai, rental disputes have gained the largest share in following the right path by modernizing the litigation system where the rental disputes used to be circulated through organizational committees of a judicial nature without having the judicial powers, yet the decisions of this committee were executed by Dubai Courts

A radical rectifications has been made to that committee, as it is transformed into a judicial centre specialized in considering rental disputes and adjudicating them by issuing enforceable judgements. The committee became a part of the judicial system in Dubai, and its verdicts are issued by  assigned judges on First Instance level  and Appeal level. The center activity is based on Federal procedural laws and administrative Decrees.
